TESTEX was established in 1846 as the ‘Zurich Silk Conditioning Institute’ in Zurich, Switzerland. Today, the company employs more than 400 staff at around 40 locations worldwide.
As an international and independent Swiss testing and certification institute, we focus on testing and certifying textiles and leather products.
The TESTEX Group is a founding and member institute of the OEKO-TEX® Association. We are the official OEKO-TEX® representative in Australia, Canada, PR of China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ireland, Madagascar, Malaysia, Mauritius, New Zealand, the Philippines, South Korea, Switzerland and Taiwan.
