The Canadian PFAS reporting requirement is a CEPA Section 71 mandatory reporting notice with a deadline of January 29, 2025. The Canadian Federal Plastics Registry is a CEPA Section 46 reoccurring mandatory reporting notice with an initial deadline of September 2025 - with significantly expanded requirements for the apparel and textiles industry in 2026.
