As we approach 2026, Canada, the United States and Mexico will establish mechanisms to review and re-authorize our trilateral trade agreement. In advance of these discussions, the Canadian government has requested comments from stakeholders concerning CUSMA.
Individual companies with an interest in the rules of origin and other aspects of the agreement may wish to make their comments known directly.
