Mmode, the metropolitan fashion cluster, held its third gala this month, honouring 16 emerging designers.
More than $140,000 in grants were awarded to promising fashion creators and entrepreneurs.
Among the prizes:
- An honourary award was given to Louis Bibeau, founder and CEO of VQ member Logistik Unicorp, for his ongoing involvement in the garment industry.
- Maxence Eugénie Richard, LaSalle College student
- Eliza Faulkner and Arin Gintowt (Eliza Faulkner) for U.S. market development in women’s wear
- Inder Bedi (BEDI) for U.S. market development in menswear
- Coup de coeur Semaine Mode de Montréal 2023 Anne-Marie Chagnon et Dominique Dunn (Anne-Marie Chagnon et WellDunn Jewelry)
